有關民主思想的重要部分
The important rights in democracy beside basic rights ( human dignity - human rights ) are the constitutional principles: democracy, republic, federal state, social state, division of power, election of government and other bodies, and the right of resistance. All the government authority is derived from the people. It shall be exercised by the people through elections and other votes and through specific legislative, executive, and judicial bodies. The legislature shall be bound by the constitutional order, the executive and the judiciary by law and justice. All the citizens shall have the right to resist any person seeking to abolish this constitutional order, if no other remedy is available. And important is also the multi party system and the constitutional and judicial guarantee for the opposition.

民主思想，除了人的基本權力（人的尊嚴-人權）外，很重要是國家的基礎條款擁有： 民主，共和，聯邦，社會福利國家， 三權分立，普選，多元化社會及抵抗權。 所有國家權力應來自人民。通過公民選舉和投票並以立法，行政和司法機關行使國家權力。立法應遵循憲法遵循秩序，行政和司法應遵守正式法律和其它法律規范。對於企圖廢除上述秩序的任何人，如沒有其它對抗措施時，所有公民均有抵抗權。同樣重要的是多黨制，而且在野黨應受法律保護來行使他們的參政權力。
