This system has the spirit of total intolerance and absolute 'hard-headed' party egoism. Any opposition to it is...treason against the nation, each communist crime is justified by referring  to its goals of the party. All state organs - the Crown, the Chinese Parlament ( National People's Congress) and the administration of justice，the armed forces are dominated by the single ruling party that makes itself the interpreter of the people's will, of undifferentiated  totalitarism. 這個制度帶有任何異見不能容忍的宗旨及一個完全自私的黨派。所有反對這種制度的人被視為國家的叛逆者。黨的每一項犯罪行徑通過黨的綱領被視為是合法活動。所有國家機構：最高領導，中國的議會（全國人民代表大會），司法部門，軍隊全部毫無妥協地通過一黨來代表全國人民的意願執政。(根據Filodemo在1925年描述意大利法西斯主義的論點來看今天中共的民主集中制。原文見以下德文注解。）

Das System has den Geist der totalen Intoleranz und des hartnäckigen Parteiegoismus. Jede Opposition gegen ihn ist Verrat an der Nation, jedes kommunistische Verbrechen rechtfertigt sich durch seine Partei-Ziele. Alle Staatsorgane, die Krone, das chinesische Parlament (National People's Congress), die Rechtsprechung, die bewaffneten Streitkräfte werden von einer einzigen Partei beherrscht, die sich zum Interpreten  des Volkswillens, des unterschiedbslosen Totalitarismus macht.
